The Hanoi City Yen Xa Sewerage System project has the total investment VND 5,800 billion, which is financed by the ODA of the Government of Japan, through Japan International Cooperation Agency JICA and counterpart fund of the Government of Vietnam with the objective being developing sewerage system to collect and treat the wastewater in the central urban areas of To Lich River, Lu River, Lu-Set Floodway, and the area in the left side of Nhue River.
